This Privacy Policy describes how Alongside Finance, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Alongside," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you access or use the OpenSoftware network and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy supplements, but does not replace, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

- Profile information: organization, role, profile photo, and similar details if you choose to provide them.
- Payment information: billing address, payment-method details (handled through our payment processor; we do not store full payment-card numbers).

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Usage data: pages and Products you access, features you use, capacity consumption, timestamps, and similar information.

9. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the rights of access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. The Service is operated from the United States.
